Natural Children are Not Immune

POINT OF ENTRY

The following is a detailed case history involving demonic entry while the child is still in the womb, which is a very common time for the enemy to attack.

Kelly and her husband had been separated for about two weeks when she found out that she was expecting their second child. She had gone for one of those twenty-five dollar pregnancy tests at Planned Parenthood, and was barely informed of the results before they offered to schedule an abortion. Although she loved her older child, she was overwhelmed by the thought of trying to make room in her life for another baby. Abortion was out of the question because of her strong belief in God.

Kelly reunited with her husband, who had worked only intermittently with poor hours, and low pay. She worked full-time trying to provide for her family on minimum wage. They generally had the support of their families, who were clearly less than thrilled, with the news of her pregnancy. Kelly was in her early twenties and had no friends to turn to with her concerns even though she and her husband attended church regularly. The months ticked by, and she thought she was having a nervous breakdown over the idea of the new addition. She didn't think that married people ever gave their children up for adoption, but felt that there was no hope for her loving or affording the new child.

Shortly before her son was born, she cried out to the Lord in desperation and begged him to give her love for the child within her. In his graciousness the Father responded and filled her with love and joy for her new baby. However, it seemed that she and her husband were the only ones who cared for the child. As he grew, Joseph proved to be quite a handful. His terrible twos seemed to extend from eleven months until a little past age ten. By the time he was three, his mother had often used the expression, "He's a pistol now, if he doesn't grow out of it by the time he's a teenager, he'll be a machine gun!" When he was ten, the prediction was closer to coming true than his mother had feared. His older brother had always been a pleasure and such a perfect child, that the relatives didn't much want to be bothered with one who was less handsome and less perfect.

As he matured further, Joseph seemed to draw rejection and mistreatment from most adults he came into contact with. Once the child became aware of the fact that he could not attract positive attention, he began to thrive on negative attention. He did poorly in school, had learning problems and was disliked even by his teachers. Although the child had a very soft, gentle, sensitive side, it was over looked by all, except his mother whom the Lord had granted a very special love. Seeing that he had not out-grown the problems and was constantly being abused by adults, (Some of it inspired by his negative behavior, but not all) Kelly began to cry out to the Lord for her son, and was told by the Father to bind the spirits of failure and rejection. She was shown that they had been given entrance in the womb, by her own rejection of the child, for which she had long ago repented. The rejection was then perpetuated by her relatives' rebuff of the child, some of which no doubt was encouraged by the unseen spirits. Over the next six months as she continued to pray, bind the spirits and loose joy, peace, acceptance, into her son's life, amazing things began to happen. The child no longer needed to act out to get the negative attention, began to do better in school and was happier and easier to get along with. People who knew nothing of her prayer effort began to comment on the changes in the boy.

During a three-year psychological review with the school, which came two-and-a-half years after she began praying, the school psychologist remarked that they never see a change in a child's IQ test; but Joseph’s had inexplicably risen from a low average to a moderate genius level! Now folks, that's the power of prayer!

HELL ON THEIR HEELS

Tom and Sharon Timothy are a strikingly handsome couple, often compared to Ken and Barbie by casual observers. They have three beautiful blonde daughters, and Tom has a wonderful job as a county fireman. Two Christian adults, raised all their lives in the church by two loving Christian families. The perfect life, or so one would assume. Not only are Tom and Sharon the same age as my husband and myself, we were also married on the same day of the same year. We were acquainted with the Timothy’s several years through our church before we realized that we have much more in common than our wedding anniversary.

The Timothy’s horrific experience started at a much younger age than Randy and I, all the way back in 1986 when Sharon was only twenty-three years old. By this time, Tom had already been on the fire department for five and a half years, and they had been married five years. At their wedding, Pastor Jack Hayford had prophesied that they would someday have a ministry to couples. Tom's mom warned the young husband and wife that this meant they would probably have to go through some hard times themselves as preparation for this ministry. Time proved that both she and Pastor Hayford were right. End Sample
